Refund Policy

Kazami's Refund Policy establishes the guidelines and conditions for refund requests related to the services offered by the bot. By using Kazami, you agree to the conditions described in this policy.

Refund Requests:

Billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions.

Recurring or critical technical issues with the Kazami Bot that prevent proper use of the contracted service and were not resolved after appropriate technical support efforts.

Request deadline: refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the transaction date.

Refund Requirements:

Kazami Premium operates through a recurring subscription system via Stripe, with automatic service activation after payment confirmation.

Once the subscription has been activated and the service has been used, no partial or proportional refunds will be issued, except as expressly stated in this policy.

Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for previously paid amounts.

Review and Decision:

Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Kazami reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests in accordance with this policy.

The decision will be communicated to the requester through the same channel used to submit the request, within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Request Process:

Refund requests must be submitted exclusively through Kazami’s official support channels, available on the official Kazami support server.

Requests submitted through unofficial channels may not be processed.

When submitting a refund request, users must provide clear details regarding the reason for the request, including supporting evidence, when applicable.

Exceptions:

Misuse, abuse, or usage that violates Kazami’s Terms of Service.

Dissatisfaction based on features or limitations that were clearly described prior to purchase.

Issues caused by incorrect configuration, missing permissions, or external factors beyond Kazami Bot’s control.

Policy Changes:

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.

Policy changes will not have retroactive effect and will apply only to refund requests made after the effective date of the change.

By using Kazami, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the bot. This policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent approach to refund requests, aiming for user satisfaction.
